Tracking by Destination & Shipping Method

1. United States

  • Sea Freight + FedEx/UPS:

    • Tracking Availability: Real-time tracking is activated once the shipment arrives in the U.S. and is transferred to FedEx/UPS. The ocean transit phase is not trackable.

    • How to Track: Use your tracking number on the FedEx or UPS website after it's activated.

  • U.S. Warehouse Express:

    • Tracking Availability: Full, real-time tracking is available from dispatch.

    • How to Track: Use your tracking number on the FedEx or UPS website.

  • Specialized Express Lines:

    • Tracking Availability: Complete door-to-door tracking is included.

    • How to Track: Use the tracking number provided by the specific carrier.

2. Australia

  • Sea Freight + Local Express:

    • Tracking Availability: Tracking begins once the shipment arrives in Australia. The sea freight segment is not trackable.

    • How to Track: Use your tracking number on the local courier's website once activated.

  • EMS Direct Mail:

    • Tracking Availability: Full tracking is available from dispatch.

    • How to Track: Use your tracking number on the EMS website or universal tracking platforms.

3. Other Countries

  • Primary Carriers: EMS or China Post Air Mail.

  • Tracking Availability: Comprehensive real-time tracking is provided.

Universal Tracking Guide

Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number after your order is dispatched.

Step 2: Use a Tracking Platform

Step 3: Understand Tracking Status
Understanding the status updates can help you know your package's progress:

  • Label Created: The shipping label has been prepared by us, but the package has not yet been scanned into the carrier's system.

  • Accepted / Picked Up: The carrier has received the package from our warehouse.

  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination country.

  • Arrived at Destination / Customs Clearance: The package is undergoing mandatory customs inspection in the destination country. This step may take several days.

  • Out for Delivery: The package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered to your address that day.

  • Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered. If you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your building's reception.

Important Notes

  • Update Delays: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your tracking number.

  • No Movement? It is normal for tracking not to update for several days during international transit, especially during sea freight or flight transfers. Please allow up to 7 days of no activity before contacting us.

  • Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of all tracking numbers provided.
